Khristy Nguyen

Khristy Nguyen, MA, SHRM-SCP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at the community, an innovative global creative advertising agency, since May 2019. Previously, Khristy held various HR roles at Interpublic Group (IPG) from June 2014 to May 2019, progressing from HR Associate to HR Manager across multiple agencies including DeVries Global and McCann Health. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Coordinator position at Young & Rubicam Group, where responsibilities involved HRIS management, employee onboarding, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements. Earlier, Khristy gained experience as a Full-Time Human Resources Intern at Cohn & Wolfe, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Tampa.
