Michael Nendza

Michael brings over 20 years of Construction Accounting Experience to Nassal as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Michael joined Nassal in February 2010, and oversees all Financial, Accounting, and Human Resources functions for the company while managing a team of 20 employees. Michael’s advanced knowledge of Timberline, Nassal’s accounting and project management software, as well as strong analytical skills, allows him to provide high-level analysis and reporting to Nassal’s Partners.

Prior to Nassal, Michael worked for Tilt-Con Corporation; a specialty construction firm based in Orlando, as their Controller for two years, and then joined Insurance Office of America as their Controller for two years. Previously, he also worked at Leisure Bay Industries for over nine years in roles increasing in responsibility to Controller where he handled corporate reporting responsibility for $160 million dollars annually.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York.
