Madison Bailey

Madison Bailey currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator at The Compass Church since August 2023. Previously, Madison held the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator at Graycor from January 2022 to August 2023 and worked as the Marketing and Development Coordinator at CASA of River Valley from June 2019 to June 2021. Key accomplishments include managing social media platforms, developing strategies for volunteer recruitment through social media ads, overseeing data accuracy in Blackbaud CRM, and coordinating large fundraising events. Additional experience includes a role as a Youth Ministry Intern at Calvary Church of Naperville in summer 2018. Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Iowa State University in 2019.
