Rachel Koh (Szymanski)

Rachel Koh (Szymanski) has a diverse work experience in finance and education. Rachel started their career as a Volunteer Teacher at Global Learning in 2013. Rachel then worked as a Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2014. In 2015, they joined Deutsche Bank again as an Investment Banking Analyst. From 2017 to 2021, Rachel worked at Stella Point Capital as a Senior Associate. In 2021, they joined Accord Capital as a Senior Associate, where they focused on direct investment opportunities. Currently, Rachel works at Compass Diversified as a Senior Associate, and as of December 2022, they hold the position of Vice President.

Rachel Koh (Szymanski) completed their high school education at Shoreham-Wading River High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors. After that, they attended Amherst College from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at Amherst College, they pursued a double major in Mathematics and Spanish. In 2013, they had a study abroad experience at the University of Sevilla, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period.
