Matt Tyrer is an accomplished professional in competitive intelligence and market analysis, currently serving as the President & Chief Analyst at The Competitive Corner since August 2023. With extensive experience in competitive intelligence, Tyrer has held various leadership roles, including Director of Competitive Intelligence at Druva and Head of Competitive Intelligence Program at Commvault, where a formal ethical CI program was established. Tyrer is also an advisor at Klue and an active member of SCIP, contributing to advancements in ethical CI practices. A graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science, Tyrer's career spans over two decades, encompassing significant positions in prominent technology companies like EMC and Nortel Networks.
