Sarah King is a Lead Product Developer at The Compleat Food Group, specializing in JS Olives, Antipasti & Charcuterie. Sarah is also the Founder and Team Manager at London Academy, where Sarah leads a mission and values-led women’s cycling team. With a background in product development at companies like Lily's Kitchen, innocent drinks, and Greencore, Sarah has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Sarah holds a degree in MChem Chemistry with Industrial Training from the University of Warwick and has a passion for supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds through mentoring.
