Kristen Lafayette

Kristen Lafayette has work experience starting from 2019 to date, beginning with an internship as an Intern to the Chief Administrative Officer at the Chief Administrative Office, City of Richmond in 2019 from June to August. In 2020, Kristen worked as an Intern to the County Manager at Henrico County from May to August. Currently, Kristen works at The Conafay Group starting in 2021 as a Research Associate from June to October 2022 and as a Project Manager from October 2022 to the present.

Kristen Lafayette earned their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Virginia in 2020, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Kristen then pursued their Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a focus on Leadership and Public Policy at the same institution from 2019 to 2021.
