Nancy Falls has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Nancy is the Co-founder & CEO of The Concinnity Company, where they developed a platform that centralizes and automates control of data, communications, and reporting for clinical trials. Nancy also served as a Board Director at Agrin Health, a company focused on offering affordable healthcare solutions. In addition, Nancy has held positions as a Board Member at Westminster Presbyterian Church Legacy Fund and Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Nancy was also a Board Director at Avenue Bank, where they served on the Audit and Nominating Committees. Prior to these roles, Nancy was the Managing Partner at Montgomery Morgan LLC, a boutique advisory firm. Nancy also held leadership positions at Tatum and Vanderbilt University, where they were responsible for financial and administrative activities. Nancy's earlier experience includes serving as Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations at Ucar International and as VP Investor Relations and Risk Management at MagneTek, Inc.

Nancy Falls has a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Sociology from Wellesley College. Nancy also has an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University. Additionally, they were a Junior Year Twelve College Exchange Student at Wesleyan University, where they studied Economics & Sociology. Nancy also obtained a certification as an NACD Governance Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors in January 2013.
