Dolores Rodriguez has been working at Conco Commercial Concrete Contractors since 1998, starting as an Estimator and working their way up to the role of Project Manager. Throughout their career, Dolores has been involved in surveying quantities, pricing, and developing bid strategies for various projects. In their current role, Dolores supports the project superintendent in creating clarity between budget and construction, as well as developing construction strategies during the estimating process. Their expertise in project management and estimating has made their a valuable asset to the company.
