Kiley Mcelroy-Brown

Tech Program Manager at The Concord Consortium

Kiley McElroy-Brown is the Technical Program Manager at the Concord Consortium. She is responsible for the end-to-end successful planning and release of software at the Concord Consortium, beginning with specification and UI/UX design and ending when the software is live on a server. Kiley helps to meet project expectations reliably and helps Concord as a whole to work in sustainable ways in software development using Scrum and Agile methodologies. Kiley is also a certified Advanced Scrum Master, earning her first certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2019 and obtaining her advanced certification in July 2022.

Kiley holds a B.S. in Biology from Bridgewater State University and an M.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Before joining the Concord Consortium, she worked as an instructor and teaching technology specialist at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has also worked in various roles, such as a biotech laboratory technician and a women’s lacrosse coach at the collegiate level.
