David Reynolds

David Reynolds is a seasoned consultant and manager at The Concord Group, LLC, where since October 2021, involvement has encompassed over 150 studies and reports on a wide array of real estate projects nationwide. With previous experience as a senior associate, David honed skills in client reporting and presenting insights to executives. Early roles included an internship in real estate project management and development at GRE, focusing on a significant laboratory project, and co-founding Oakwood Outfitters, LLC, a socially conscious apparel brand that contributed meals and clean water to communities. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Legal Studies with a focus on International Relations from Bowdoin College, earned in 2020.
