Malerie Volante

Malerie Volante serves as the Director of Registration Management and Account Manager at The Conference Exchange, where since May 2010, Malerie has led the development of a global conference registration platform, achieving a business growth rate of 250%. Key accomplishments include a 95% reduction in on-site registration wait times through innovative product enhancements and successful implementation for notable clients such as the American Nurses Association and Kaiser Permanente. Previously, Malerie held positions at Fidelity Investments from July 2008 to June 2013, including Senior Financial Service Specialist and Assistant Manager, earning nominations for the FIIS Excellence Awards and overseeing a team of twelve associates to drive business success. Malerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Quinnipiac University, obtained in May 2006.
