Gregory Bell

Gregory Bell has a diverse work experience in the fields of real estate and law. From 2000 to 2006, they served as a Senior Partner at Nesbitt and Bell LLP, where they specialized in real estate transactions, landlord/tenant representation, business negotiations, contract drafting, strategic planning, and general corporate oversight. In 2007, they became the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel at Apex Realty and Conga Room, where they managed multiple entities with a collective value exceeding $300 million and nearly 2,000,000 square feet of real property. Gregory was responsible for contract negotiation, legal work, operations management, and major decision-making related to programming, marketing, promotions, and event planning at the Conga Room. Gregory's work experience demonstrates their expertise in real estate, law, and executive leadership.

Gregory Bell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988. Gregory then went on to attend Southwestern Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctorate degree from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from the University of Texas - Austin. Gregory Bell also possesses a certification as a Licensed California Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate.
