Betsy Westhafer has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Betsy is currently the CEO and Founder of The Congruity Group, where they focus on expanding trusted customer relationships and gaining critical market insights through Strategic Customer Advisory Boards. Betsy is also an experienced speaker, having delivered keynote speeches and facilitated discussions on topics such as Customer Advisory Boards, Customer Engagement, and Market Alignment. Additionally, they are certified as a Women-Owned Business by WBENC and is a co-author of the book "The Rarest Advantage." Betsy has further demonstrated their expertise as the host of the "REALLY Know Your Customer Podcast" and as a contributor and relationship manager at Aileron. Previously, they co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of CuroLegal, held the position of Director of Business Development at Dayton Development Coalition, and worked as an Account Manager at Geehan Group. Betsy has also contributed their knowledge and experience as a mentor in the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Dayton.

Betsy Westhafer received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism/Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, graduating in 1985.
