Gary Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gary is currently working as the Vice President Client Success at The Congruity Group, where they specialize in designing strategic customer insight programs. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent at Freelance Recruiters. Gary also served as the Talent Director at Robert Half, where they excelled in meeting KPIs and revenue targets. Before that, they revamped human resources and recruiting strategies as the Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target.
