Jesse Salas

Jesse Salas is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in rotating machinery repair and design. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Alfred Conhagen since June 2021, Jesse previously held positions as Service Center Engineer at Hydro, Inc. and Hydraulic Design Engineer at Alfred Conhagen, where a significant focus was on pump repair. Earlier roles include Research Engineer at New Way Air Bearings, Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, and Research Assistant at the University of Texas - Pan American, where Jesse contributed to various engineering projects involving rotordynamics, testing methodologies, and thermal analysis. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American.
