Andrew J. Young is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, currently serving as CEO and Founder of The Conjugate Group since January 2017, providing drug development services to emerging firms. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of President at NovusLife, LLC from May 2014 to December 2018, focusing on consulting for rare diseases research. Andrew also co-founded Bioforce Solutions and steered its transformation into a clinical development services company, contributing significantly to its revenue growth. Earlier experience includes founding BioBridges, where Andrew played a key role in expanding its reputation and client base, and managing business development at Darwin Partners, successfully securing contracts with major Fortune 500 companies. Andrew earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Boston College between 1990 and 1994.
