Giorgio Bargiani has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Mixology at The Connaught since September 2014, where responsibilities have included leadership roles such as Head Mixologist, Senior Mixologist, Mixologist, Junior Mixologist, and Assistant Mixologist. Prior experience includes a position as a waiter at Belmond and Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Giorgio's education includes a Level 2 Award in Spirits and WSET Level 2 in Wine Steward/Sommelier, both from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, alongside a degree in Comunicazione Pubblica sociale e d'impresa and secondary education from Liceo scientifico Filippo Buonarroti.
