Sandra Farah

Sandra Farah is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently at The Connaught since September 2022. Previously, Sandra served as the Housekeeping Training Manager at PPHE Hotel Group, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the onboarding program and facilitating leadership training. Sandra's extensive background also includes a 17-year tenure at Hilton Sao Paulo, where notable achievements include being a Circle of Excellence Nominee for outstanding training and culture engagement, and serving as the President of the company culture committee. Educational credentials consist of postgraduate degrees in Organisational and Work Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with a graduate degree in Hotel Administration from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba.
