Sridhar Pathigari-Chartered Fellow CIPD, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Connaught since September 2023, Sridhar has previously held the position of Director of People & Development at St. Ermin's Hotel from April 2022 to October 2023 and Director of Human Resources at The Arts Club for seven years. Sridhar's career also includes roles in talent management and learning and development. Educational credentials include corporate governance from Wharton Executive Education, managing workplace behavior at the University of Oxford, an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey, and a degree in Hotel Management from Hotel Management Hyderabad.
