Ritika Tripathi has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being as the Director of Human Resources at The Connection, Inc. Ritika started in this role in October 2022 and continues to hold it. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Connection, Inc. from April 2022 to October 2022. Before joining The Connection, Inc., they were a Human Resources Manager at Genesis from May 2021 to April 2022, and a Human Resources Specialist at Genesis from December 2020 to May 2021. Ritika'searlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Executive at CSC from June 2011 to November 2013.

Ritika Tripathi completed their MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Amity University from 2009 to 2011. The Connection
