Florin Stoian is a versatile professional with extensive experience in design and growth management. Currently serving as a UX/UI Designer at The Conqueror Challenges since April 2023, Florin has previously held key roles such as Growth Manager and UX Designer at Lensa, where work was conducted from May 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Florin contributed as a UX Designer and Graphic Designer at Vivre Deco from April 2021 to May 2022, and as a Graphic Designer at Lemon Ice Agency from August 2020 to April 2021. Florin co-founded Uzor Webtailors, serving as Creative from July 2017 to July 2020, and gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Graphis Advertising from July 2015 to March 2016. Earlier in the career, Florin was a Game Designer at John Boss Inc. from January 2015 to May 2015.

The Conqueror Challenges
The Conqueror Challenges is a series of virtual fitness events designed to help people stay focused and motivated to exercise — so they can crush their fitness goals. Our virtual fitness challenges are based on SMART goal principles and can be completed solo or in teams such as friends or colleagues as part of their companies corporate wellness program. With the help of our app, users can join a virtual challenge, see their virtual location, get virtual postcards and also plant a real tree for every 20% of their challenge. When a challenge is finished, the user gets in the mail the most exciting reward — a beautifully crafted finishers medal.
