Tim Strickler

Tim Strickler has a comprehensive work experience in finance and administration leadership roles. Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer at The Conrad Company, where they contributed to the company's growth and managed a team of over 150 members. At Strickler Consulting LLC, they provided interim-CFO and strategic project services to various clients, demonstrating their expertise in driving results. Tim also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Communications Electronics, Inc., where they led the administrative infrastructure redesign and provided central leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Advantage Engineers, where they executed acquisition due diligence and led administrative infrastructure redesign. Tim's earlier experience includes being the Senior VP, Corporate Controller at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., where they played a crucial role in the company's growth through acquisitions. Prior to that, they served as the Financial Reporting Manager at York International and started their career as a Senior Accountant at KPMG.

Tim Strickler graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 1993, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Pennsylvania. In 2001, they began their public speaking education at Toastmasters and became a Certified Toastmaster in 2003. Additionally, in 2002, they received non-profit board leadership training from Leadership York.
