Karen Melonie Gould

Karen Melonie Gould has extensive experience in supporting youth entrepreneurship and business development since 2008, with a focus on delivering programs and mentoring initiatives across various organizations. As a Partner at Rock Star Youth, Karen organizes Start Up Events in partnership with universities in the NW/NE regions. In roles with Rockstar Group and Winning Pitch plc, Karen leads programs that provide loans, grants, business coaching, and workshops aimed at fostering business growth and creating job opportunities. Additionally, Karen serves as a Director at CCO WORK CIC and WorkBiz Academy, overseeing successful programs that have effectively transitioned numerous individuals into employment. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chester, Karen is also an Enterprise Ambassador and has contributed to community development initiatives under the Conservative Party.
