The Consilio is an executive placement firm for venture-backed startups at the stage where every hire defines the company.

We work at the intersection of venture capital and world-class talent, with relationships built over 15 years across big tech and the early-stage ecosystem — including firms like Greylock Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, and Sapphire Ventures.

We don't source blindly. We bring pattern recognition from hundreds of talent engagements within the venture ecosystem, and the relationships to move with both speed and precision.

For candidates, this means access to opportunities that rarely surface publicly. For companies, this means the caliber of talent that typically only goes to the biggest names in tech.

The best opportunities and the best people rarely find each other by accident. That's the space we operate in.
