Aaron Purser is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property & Data Privacy at The Container Store since October 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of General Counsel at Catalyst® from January 2020 to October 2023, and worked as Intellectual Property Counsel at Treasury Wine Estates in 2019. Further experience includes roles as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Techtronic Industries - TTI, In House Counsel at ZURU, and Intellectual Property Attorney at Aaron W. Purser, Esq. From December 2012 to March 2014, Aaron was an Attorney at InnovaLaw, P.C., and earlier worked as an Associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin. Education includes a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA from American University. Aaron Purser is licensed to practice in multiple states and before several federal courts.
