Aaron Zielke

Aaron Zielke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aaron started their career at Boston Market Corporation in 1993, where they held the position of Director of Operations until 2010. During their tenure, they implemented strategies to improve financials and operational execution and developed new production tools in coordination with IT. Additionally, they partnered with various departments to provide solutions to everyday problems and championed field projects.

In 2010, Zielke joined Target as a Store Team Leader and later served as a Senior Group Leader in Distribution from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 until now, they have worked at The Container Store as the Senior Director of Engineering and Optimization. Lastly, Zielke has also contributed as a Board Member at the United Way of West Ellis County between 2017 and 2023.
