John Dalton

John Dalton is an experienced engineering leader with a comprehensive background in software development, particularly in the areas of customer engagement and loyalty programs. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and senior software engineer at The Container Store since March 2012, John has successfully led significant initiatives such as transforming the company's loyalty program and enabling eCommerce purchases using employee discounts. With previous roles at E2open, Media Sourcery, Performance Retail, and IBM, John has developed expertise in Java, Python, Ruby, and various technologies related to customer management and data systems. Education includes a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
