Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Training Manager at The Container Store since November 2021, Patrick oversees Learning Management Systems, Safety and Compliance programs for Distribution Centers while collaborating closely with Operations Directors to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, Patrick spent 18 years at UPS in various capacities, including Global Leadership Facilitator and Area Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leadership training, HR management for over 4,000 employees, and health and safety oversight across multiple facilities. Patrick's early career includes teaching Middle School History at the Talmudical Academy of Baltimore, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kenyon College.
