Rachel Feeser has over a decade of experience in operations management, primarily with The Container Store since August 2009, where responsibilities have included scheduling, inventory control, employee training, and engagement. Rachel's career at The Container Store progressed from roles such as Inventory Coordinator and Fulfillment Manhattan Logistics to Operations Manager, overseeing various aspects of business operations. Prior to this, Rachel gained valuable design experience through internships at institutions including Pratt Institute, Brooklyn Industries, and West Elm, focusing on sustainable design practices and creative display installations. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Pratt Institute.
