Kimberly DeLisle has 17 years of experience at The Conti Group, having worked in various parts of the organization. Kim has played an integral part in the successful growth of Conti’s companies by streamlining business processes to help improve operational efficiency, recruiting top talent, and contributing to the development of training and leadership programs. As Managing Director, Kim is responsible for providing corporate development initiatives to continue our mission of building great companies.
