Kristen Olson is an experienced executive currently serving as VP of the Tenna Knowledge Center and COO at Tenna, an Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) company focused on digitizing and managing physical assets within the construction and infrastructure technology industry. Kristen's career includes various leadership roles, such as COO of BuildSourced, where Kristen emphasizes strategy, technology development, marketing, and human resources, and a return to The Conti Group as a Specialist. Kristen also served as Interim Director of Development at Spectrum360, where support was provided to the organization during a leave of absence. With over 17 years of human resources experience as the VP of Human Resources at The Conti Group, Kristen is dedicated to aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives and fostering a productive working environment. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University and a TGMP from Harvard Business School.
