Jerome Strickland

Jerome Strickland, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of The Contingent Arkansas, focusing on innovative solutions for the child welfare community. In addition, Jerome holds the position of Vice President of the Board at Immerse Arkansas, which supports youth in crisis. As a Strategic Partner at Schooley Mitchell, Jerome contributes to cost reduction consulting, while also co-founding and functioning as COO of Breakthrough Solutions Inc., aimed at delivering meaningful community services. Jerome's prior experience at Cardinal Health spans several leadership roles, including Director of Customer Experience & Insights, where strategic initiatives enhanced a $40 billion business. Other notable positions include impactful roles at Novartis and Primerica Financial Services. Jerome holds an MBA from Emory University and has studied healthcare strategy at the China Europe International Business School.
