Their career includes executive roles at companies like DocuSign, Seal Software, and Apogee Legal, where Jim was involved in investing in better legal solutions. Wagner also has experience as the CEO of DiscoverReady and as a Chief Operating Officer at DTI LLC. Jim started their career as an attorney at Bryan Cave, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and global outsourcing. Jim has a law degree from Duke University School of Law and attended The University of Tulsa for their education.
