Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC since January 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Human Resources Manager at A3 Communications, Inc. from November 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll processing, benefits administration, performance reviews, new hire orientation, and employee relations. Rachel has a background in retail management, having worked as a Store Manager at francesca’s® and as an Assistant Manager at Aeropostale, where skills in driving sales, inventory management, and staff development were honed. Rachel holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Piedmont Community College.
