Mark Sampson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at The Cook Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Partner at Stamos & Trucco LLP from January 2019 to March 2024, focusing on representing premises owners and manufacturers in toxic tort, products liability, and commercial litigation. Mark also worked as an Associate Attorney at Hinkhouse Williams Walsh LLP from 2018 to 2019, continuing to represent manufacturers in similar legal areas on a national scale. Earlier in Mark's career, positions were held as an Associate at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney from 2011 to 2018, and as an Associate at Fedota Childers P.C. from 2009 to 2011. Mark earned a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2001-2005).
