Tessa Lopez has a comprehensive background in both legal and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Paralegal at The Cook Group since February 2021, Tessa draws from prior experience as a Claims Adjuster at GEICO, where organizational skills were applied to manage multiple claims effectively. Previous roles in the hospitality industry include positions as a Server/Bartender at West End Cafe and Doppio Italian Bistro, as well as at Grand Lux Cafe/The Cheesecake Factory, where Tessa also served as a Certified Trainer. Tessa's early career includes internships at Sirius Satellite Radio and Mercedes Benz, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Baruch College, earned in 2012.
