The Cooking Penguin (TCP) creates incredibly delicious, diabetic-friendly desserts and recipes. TCP is founded by Marco Gaona, AJ Crawford, and Nathaniel Hosmer. Marco is the inspiration for The Cooking Penguin and his story of healthy self-discovery is one we hope to share with the world. We have 3 amazing, melt-in-your-mouth mousse cakes available both as a cake and as cake jars  - ALL are sugar-free. You wouldn’t believe it if we didn’t tell you first!
