Colleen E. Jay

Colleen Jay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across major global companies. Currently, Colleen serves as an Independent Director at The Cooper Companies, overseeing the Organization and Compensation Committee and participating in the Governance and Nominating Committee since April 2016. Colleen is also an Independent Director at Treasury Wine Estates, contributing to the Finance and Audit Committee and the Human Resources Committee since April 2018. Previously, Colleen played a pivotal role at Procter & Gamble for over three decades, culminating in leadership positions such as President of Global Beauty Specialty where Colleen successfully managed a $5B divestiture and President of Global Retail Hair Care and Color. Colleen’s diverse portfolio includes key roles in North America Health Care, Greater China, and extensive experience in brand management for high-profile beauty products. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
