Nancy Brusegaard Johnson

Nancy Brusegaard Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at the Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. since 2014, Johnson collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer and department heads to align human resource initiatives with organizational objectives, overseeing benefits, compensation, employee relations, corporate safety programs, and payroll. Previously, as a Corporate Training Consultant at The Home Insurance Company from 1991 to 1995, Johnson designed and implemented training programs to enhance business performance.
