Yvette M. Ervin

Yvette M. Ervin, JD, serves as the Sr. Risk Manager at Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. since November 2022. Previously, Yvette held the role of Director of Care Experience & People Engagement at KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITAL WOODLAND HILLS from November 2020 to December 2022, and prior to that, Yvette was the Director of Customer Experience at Adventist Health from July 2018 to November 2020. Yvette's career includes managing patient relations at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) from December 2011 to July 2018, where Yvette led grievance investigations and resolution processes. Earlier experience features roles as an Associate Attorney at Holguin, Garfield, Martinez & Quinonez, APLC, from February 2010 to December 2011, and as an Attorney at Bavar Law Group, PC, from November 2008 to February 2010. Yvette began the professional journey at Boston Children's Hospital as a Patient Relations Specialist from September 2007 to September 2008. Yvette holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an English Minor from UCLA (1998-2002).
