Amber Washington

Amber Washington has over a decade of experience in care coordination and case management, currently serving as a Manager at The Coordinating Center since January 2013. In this role, Amber provides comprehensive care coordination for adults with physical disabilities, facilitating communication with clients, families, and caregivers, while promoting positive health behaviors. Prior experience includes work as a Case Manager at Mosaic Community Services and as a Psychiatric Rehab Specialist at Care Solutions, where Amber focused on patient advocacy, resource mobilization, and collaborative treatment planning. Earlier, as a Counselor at Community Residences, Inc., responsibilities included supervising staff and coordinating community services. Amber holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Johnson C. Smith University.
