R. Colby Bearch has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Director of Nursing-Acute Care and Director of Nursing-Critical Care at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. In 2011, they joined The Coordinating Center as the Senior Vice President, Quality and Outcomes Management. R. Colby later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Additionally, they have served as the Director of Performance Improvement and Education at Cherry Lane Nursing Center.
R. Colby Bearch earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Kaplan College in 1997. In 2005, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership from Bellevue University. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management from Bellevue University. R. Colby then went on to complete their education by obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Northwest Nazarene University in 2012.
