Donald Childress is an experienced Information Technology Administrator currently with The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants since 2012, where leadership in a major server upgrade project and the implementation of a network monitoring solution were key accomplishments. Additionally, Donald serves as a Career Coach and Job Search Specialist at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., providing support and strategic planning for individuals in career transition. Prior military experience as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 2001 to 2009 involved delivering emergency medical care and managing health-related duties. The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants was founded in 1975 and remains an East Tennessee favorite to this day. We currently have 21 restaurants and 3 event venues: Copper Cellar, Chesapeake's, Calhoun's, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, Corner16 and The Showroom. We are locally owned and operated and we take great pride in serving up simple foods with the finest quality ingredients.
