Lakin Elliott possesses extensive experience in customer service and marketing, currently serving as a Server at The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing the needs of up to 20 guests and coordinating services for larger banquet parties while handling substantial daily revenue. Lakin also fulfills roles within Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. as PACE Chair, organizing marketing events and leading the Recruitment Team as Preference Round Day Chair, overseeing a significant budget to effectively execute recruitment ceremonies. Previous experience includes key positions at Sun Tan City and Hot Spot Tanning, focusing on client consultations, employee management, and training. Lakin holds a degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, obtained between 2012 and 2016.

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants was founded in 1975 and remains an East Tennessee favorite to this day. We currently have 21 restaurants and 3 event venues: Copper Cellar, Chesapeake's, Calhoun's, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Cherokee Grill, Corner16 and The Showroom. We are locally owned and operated and we take great pride in serving up simple foods with the finest quality ingredients.
