Alexis then moved to Niederst Management, LTD. in 2008 where they continued to work as a Property Manager until 2010. In 2010, they joined The Coral Company, first as the Vice President of Property Management and later became the President in December 2020.
Alexis Wellman, CMCA, has a field of study in Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College. In February 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Additionally, Alexis has a certification as a Certified Leasing Professional, although the institution and the exact date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
