Dan Ross

Dan Ross has extensive work experience in the operations management field. Dan began their career as a Property Manager at Cedarwood Village Apartments/Riverview Management in 1999, where they successfully managed the operations of a large apartment community and achieved positive growth in both cash flow and net income. Dan also handled the recruitment and termination of a staff of 10 over a period of 6 years. In 2005, they joined The Landmark Companies, LLC as the Director of Operations, overseeing operations for five market rate properties, including 740 units and commercial properties. During their tenure, they created multiple operating and capital budgets, conducted budget analysis and variance forecasts, and increased the Net Operating Income by 16% over a span of 10 years. Currently, Dan holds the position of Sr. Director of Operations at The Coral Company, starting in 2022.
