Damion Fennoy

Damion Fennoy is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at Maryland Live Casino since May 2018, Damion is responsible for the entire construction process, including budget preparation, contract negotiations, and coordination of operations. In addition to this role, Damion has been a Project Manager with The Cordish Companies, managing projects for the "Live" brand Casinos and various renovations since August 2015. Previous roles include Project Manager for significant projects at Commercial Interiors, John J. Kirlin - Special Projects, LLC, Clark Construction Group, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, with a strong focus on healthcare, educational, and hospitality construction. Damion holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University and has a background in both commercial and residential renovations.
