Robert G. has a strong background in project management and IT. Robert started their career as a craps dealer at Resorts in 1978 before moving on to become a table games manager at Harrah's Atlantic City in 1980. In 2005, they transitioned into the role of Systems Development Manager at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Project Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. From 2014 to 2016, Robert served as the Director of Business Development at Veridocs Inc., where they developed new business opportunities for ID validation systems. Robert then became a Licensed Realtor at Wardley Real Estate from 2016 to 2017. Robert's most recent position was as the Regional IT Senior Project Manager at MGM Resorts International™ | Corporate Regional Operations from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for executing IT strategic objectives. In 2019, they joined The Cordish Companies as the Director of IT Project Management Office, where they built and structured a new formal PMO within the organization.

Robert G. attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1975 to 1977, where they studied Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. After a gap of several years, from 2000 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Harrington University.
