Rob Grope

Rob Grope has extensive experience in the banking industry. Rob started their career in 2003 as a Senior Consultant and Lending Division Manager at Young & Associates, Inc., where they managed the Lending Department, performed loan reviews, and conducted seminars on various topics. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at First Place Bank, first as a CVP and Senior Credit Risk Officer, overseeing the Commercial Loan Department and implementing policies and procedures. Rob then served as the Director of Loan Review, responsible for managing loan quality and accuracy. From 2013 to 2017, Rob worked at FirstMerit Bank (now part of The Huntington National Bank) as the Portfolio Risk/Credit Reporting Manager, leading the Credit Analytics and Reporting Department and managing the ALLL process. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Customer Finance at Cornwell Quality Tools.
